Nabin Bidari, the Managing Director of ‘Shivalaya Holidays hails from the capital of Nepal. Mr.Bidari is a dynamic, versatile, and open-minded leader who is passionate about tourism. He is responsible for the company's overall leadership, public relations, and maintaining strong and healthy relationships with our clients. Nabin gained his expertise and in-depth knowledge of the sector by working his way up from the ground up for some of the country's most prestigious trekking and tourism companies. During his decade in the sector, he has developed a vision of making the industry more responsible and travelers-friendly, with concerns like safety, privacy, punctuality, quality, and professional services addressed. Mr. Bidari holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA). He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting the company's products on numerous internet channels, including social networking sites. Ethics, foresight, hard work, and excellent relationships, according to Nabin, are the keys to a successful life. He views his team members and significant clients to be family members in addition to his immediate family. "Happiness is the key, and only happy people can make others happy," he says, and he works with his team to that end, paying equal attention to the satisfaction of both his team members and guests.

He is not only a visionary leader who effectively manages the company through effective leadership and oversight, but also the heart and soul of the company. He is a passionate advocate and speaker for the unique culture and people of the Himalayas and is proud to be associated with the region.

Dinesh began his career in the travel industry at a young age, after graduating from London with a Bachelor of Information Technology and earning his Master of Business Administration with a focus on marketing. He has over a decade of experience in the tourist business and has a proven track record of success in operating and managing travel tour and trekking services. He is highly skilled at building relationships with a diverse range of clients and has a deep knowledge of the Himalayan Trails, World Heritage sites, and other popular travel destinations in Nepal, India, Bhutan, and Tibet.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dinesh is also deeply passionate about wildlife protection, bird watching, and trekking. He is a keen reader and a people's person, which makes him the ideal ambassador to showcase the natural and cultural diversity of different countries. He is continually thinking about the future of the company and is always coming up with innovative ideas to motivate the team to achieve greater heights. In terms of operating the agency and providing services, he takes a very hands-on approach, making sure that the company is always providing the best possible service to its customers.

Dipesh Banjade

Dipesh works as a web developer and designer. He is very interested in web development and design. He spends his days working with his hands in various areas of web development and assisting clients in building and improving their online presence. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the NCC Board in London. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Dipesh has been designing and developing our websites and apps at Shivalaya since its inception, but he has been a computer geek since the early 2008's, fueling his creative juices. He adores every pixel of design and is always looking for new ways to design and improve our web craft. He is also in charge of our traveler's database. Samata Bista

Samata Bista, Shivalaya Holidays' Sales and Operations In-charge is a final-year Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism student. She started working with Shivalaya Holidays as an intern and is now a part of the Administrative staff. Her position as a company's Sales and Operations In-charge entails overseeing all travel packages and assisting in their creation. Her dedicated and helpful personality makes working in a group a breeze. She uses her knowledge and skills to help the company upgrade its products, as she comes from a travel and tourist background. She enjoys traveling, experiencing new places, and spending time in nature. She enjoys listening to music, reading novels, and making crafts in her spare time.
